Since 1998 this charming and colorful Westside eatery has proven itself as one of the top Thai restaurants in Southern California. This restaurant is family owned and operated by one of the first Thai families to settle Los Angeles. Each dish is prepared by Thai Chefs using family recipes passed down through generations. Only the finest cuts of meat, freshest produce and quality ingredients are used daily.
Tuk Tuk is most popular for its curry dishes, and no wonder: the restaurant mixes its own curry pastes daily. Seafood dishes range from salmon panang to spicy trout; meat dishes run the gamut from chicken satay to Bangkok steak, which is marinated overnight with garlic, galanga root, wine and soy sauce.
They offer a wonderful Pad Thai as well, their version of fresh thin rice noodles sautéed with egg, chicken, shrimp, and slices of baked tofu, green onions and crushed peanuts. Enjoy this with a Soju Cocktail or something special off their extensive wine list.
