Named after the city famous for its hospitality, food and poetry in the Middle East, Shiraz Restaurant has become synonymous with the best and finest Middle Eastern cuisine in Southern California. The owners/chefs, one of the most dynamic and committed brother teams, using their traditional family recipes as well as the best and freshest ingredients, have made Shiraz the destination for those people having a refined pallet; as well as, those people who simply enjoy a good meal and a good time.
The main dining room, which seats 120 guests, features comfortable chairs and light chocolate table cloths. The traditional Persian architecture combined with the elegance of Mediterranean paintings on the wall provide an upscale and yet comfortable setting for the romantic dinner or the family gathering.
The beautifully set tiles and luscious assortment of plants under a 100 year old oak tree in our patio area offers a unique outside dining experience. The patio has a transparent covering allowing for both, the sunshine to sprinkle in and a light rain shower to be enjoyed, while our diners sit in comfort while having a relaxing experience and a great meal. The patio can be used for group gatherings or it can also be the perfect place to have an intimate supper or just a cocktail after a long days work.
Shiraz also offers a private dining area, the “Persian Room”, which seats up to 30 guests. It is decorated with original Persian paintings and makes the perfect place for small intimate parties as well as business dinners and meetings.
Our menu offers a huge selections of kabobs, such as; beef, lamb, chicken and seafood. As well as authentic traditional stews (khoresh) and vegetarian dishes. House specialties include Soltani either in beef (filet mignon) or chicken with several choices of rice sour cherry (albaloo), lima bean (baghalli), barberry (zeresh) or white. Another house delicacy is our white fish with fresh cilantro seasoned rice (sabzee polo mahi).
